Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson Form a Hilarious Duo in The Hitman’s Bodyguard Trailer

It’s far from love at first sight for Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson in this new trailer for the action-comedy The Hitman’s Bodyguard.

Expected to be released on August 18, the movie, directed by Patrick Hughes, will focus on a highly skilled bodyguard’s (Reynolds) unexpected mission to protect a dangerous hitman (Jackson) meant to testify at the International Court of Justice. As their professions are in total opposition, the duo will have a hard time getting along, especially when the assassin in question tried to kill his protector “27 times.”

The hilarious duo will also be joined by Gary Oldman, Salma Hayek, Elodie Yung, and Richard E. Grant.
