First Trailer for Mysterious Brigsby Bear with Mark Hamill and SNL’s Kyle Mooney Emerges

Mark Hamill, Saturday Night Live‘s Kyle Mooney, and Greg Kinnear are at the centre of a peculiar story in the first trailer for Brigsby Bear released by Sony Pictures Classics, today.

Directed by other SNL regular, Dave McCary, Brigsby Bear follows the adventure of James (Mooney), a young man whose life changes forever after a children’s TV show produced for an audience of 1 (him) abruptly ends, following what he sets out to finish the story himself.

Claire Danes, Matt Walsh, and Michaela Watkins also join the cast of the production, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival last January and is set to be released on July 28.
