Netflix Reproduces Posters of ’80s Classics that Inspired Stranger Things

Netflix has always been candid about how much its original hit series Stranger Things is inspired by classics from the ’80s (without doubts one of the reasons why we love it so much!).

Priding themselves for so cleverly making use of the power of nostalgia, the streaming service’s creative team decided to pay homage to each movie that influenced the show (only a few weeks before the release of its highly anticipated second season) by replicating their famous posters and adding Stranger Things characters within each universe.

And the results, dare we say it, are brilliant!

Stranger Things will return to Netflix for a season 2 on October 27 and a third has already been confirmed (with a 4th and final one possibly in the cards) by creators Matt and Ross Duffer.
